$1 Diet Day 1 Lunch

Monday, July 6th, 2009

Even though I just stopped eating the oatmeal about an hour ago, I found myself hungry for lunch.  In my hunger, I thought about eating the leftover oatmeal, and I felt like puking.  Clearly I stuffed way too much oatmeal down my throat.  I have found my bathroom schedule to off so far today.  Probably the lack of intake is reducing the need for outgo.

For lunch I had:

2 slices of potato bread- $0.20

.5 ounces (1 tablespoon) of Peanut Butter $0.05

.5 ounces (1 tablespoon) of Jelly $0.05 (this was actually free from my mom, so I used the price from Weis)

As much as I was craving for less food at the end of my breakfast, I found myself craving for more at the end of lunch.  Clearly I will have to throw a few cents towards lunch tomorrow.

$1 Diet Day 9 Breakfast

Thursday, April 9th, 2009

Did not prepare well for today, so I am back to peanut butter bread for breakfast and saving the cornpone for lunch.  Not too bad a turn of events, just not the way I preferred it.

Those darn crap monkeys are starting to irritate me.  It is nice to have a regular throne visit, but the monkeys could do a better job with packaging.

For breakfast-

2 pieces of bread $0.20

1 tablespoon of peanut butter $0.09

so,

  • $1.07 to start the day
  • -$0.29

  • $0.78 for the rest of the day.  I am really starting to bank here.

In my haste for work this morning I forgot my camera, so no pics today.  Sorry.

$1 Diet Day 6 Breakfast

Monday, April 6th, 2009

The scale this morning said 204.  I am dropping 1 pound a day.  If I lived in England, that could be taken two different ways.   It is possible, that by this weekend I will no longer be greater than 10% of a ton.  That would be a nice milestone.

After three different breakfasts, clearly the best so far is peanut butter bread.  I will look into scrambled eggs soon, because the peanut butter bread did not seem filling enough for me today.

For Breakfast:

2 slices of bread $0.20

1 ounce of peanut butter $0.10

I started today in the hole by $0.19, so this efectively puts me $0.03 closer to the goal.

I bet you have no idea what lunch will be.
