$1 Diet Day 3 Breakfast
Friday, April 3rd, 2009Yesterday, I forgot to update you on what this is doing to my weight. If you remember, I started out weighing in at over 10% of a ton, or 210 lbs. The morning of day 2, the scale hit 208 lbs. I chalked this up to the pukefest the night before, and nothing else. Well this morning, I tipped the scales at 206 lbs. I am like a chocolate bunny in August right now.
Bathroom update- I never had to do any serious business in the bathroom yesterday, if you get my drift. This is quite a change from the norm. However, this morning, right after breakfast I got back on the throne, so to speak. I tend to think that in life, those who are uncrappy are unhappy, so I am glad to have that issue solved for now.
For breakfast:
1.75 ounces (also 1.75 cups) of Kellog’s Corn Pops $0.31
1.5 hours later has revealed that though these were an enjoyable taste experience, they are not a good choice for staying full. I am soooooooo hungry right now.
