$1 Diet Day 12 Breakfast

Sunday, April 12th, 2009

This morning, breakfast was at church.  One again, I had a plethora of free food before me for the gorging.  I resisted.  I had a few eggs, a pastry, and a little chocolate milk.

I must once again invoke my free food rule.  On one hand, it feels like I am cheating.  Between stealing from my coworker and going to various grocery stores, I could eat for free for quite sometime.  On the other hand, this food did not cost me anything at all, so charging me anything seems like a fair middle ground.

So I started the day with $1.29, I charge myself $0.28 for my last meal, and I have $1.01 for the rest of the day.

$1 Diet Day 6 Breakfast

Monday, April 6th, 2009

The scale this morning said 204.  I am dropping 1 pound a day.  If I lived in England, that could be taken two different ways.   It is possible, that by this weekend I will no longer be greater than 10% of a ton.  That would be a nice milestone.

After three different breakfasts, clearly the best so far is peanut butter bread.  I will look into scrambled eggs soon, because the peanut butter bread did not seem filling enough for me today.

For Breakfast:

2 slices of bread $0.20

1 ounce of peanut butter $0.10

I started today in the hole by $0.19, so this efectively puts me $0.03 closer to the goal.

I bet you have no idea what lunch will be.
