Ok, paying for that mistake.  I did not make past 10 am before consuming my lunch.  Fortunately, supper is planned for 4 pm this afternoon, so I may just make it through the day alive. For lunch I returned to my old standby, spaghetti.  Now that I am only eating it once a day, and I have the better sauce, I am once again looking forward to eating it.
