Banana Diet Day 2
Tuesday, August 31st, 2010After starting this diet, I did some research and found out there is really a thing called the banana diet, or the morning banana diet which originated in Japan. Basically you eat all the bananas you want for breakfast and after that you can eat as you wish. I consider this a light weight diet.
I found renewed strength today. Instead of horfing down my crackers first thing, I ate 1 in the morning and 1 at lunch. This helped me make it through the morning with something to look forward to. I am feeling pretty good right now.
I lost 5 pounds yesterday, so that is helping me feel rock solid. I can only hope that I can continue this for the weight loss benefit alone. 5 lbs a day, 20 days, Icould lose 100 pounds. That would be awesome. I am not as hungry as I thought I would be.
