Ok, now I begin this incredibly difficult diet. Starting out, I plan to limit my consumption to $1/day. What I mean by this is that I will not let myself consume free food provided to me at work, at others houses, or the sample ladies at Sam’s club. Honestly, I do not see myself sticking to this standard, but we will see. I promise full disclosure in these updates whether you like it or not. You will understand better later.
Day 1- breakfast
3.5 ounces of oatmeal
2 ounces of brown sugar
total cost- $0.33
This was honestly a lot more oatmeal than I had anticipated. I had to force it down my throat towards the end, and even then I could not finish. I will have to adjust it tomorrow. I may also have to start looking for another cheap breakfast food.
Edit- Based on a recomendation I am adding before pics of my body so you can witness the any transformation that may occur. I recommend not scrolling any further if you have a weak stomach.

I was going to make some observations, but it is just so sad. Clearly the man breasts, the sparse hair, or even the cavelike size of the belly button would be great comic material, but I will abstain.
This is the side view.

No, I am not pregnant. Surprisingly, the belt is still holding up after months of this abuse.

Kurt you always make me laugh. i am just very glad you shouldn’t turn orange on this diet. Question? were you sucking it in those pictures?
just a question from one friend to another. i am very skeptical on the before and after pictures. i look decent when i suck it in and flex. but i look like a pregnant fat snook when i have just eaten a big meal and “let it all hang out”

Shuan,
The pics were void of any manipulation. If I had tried, I could have made myself look even heavier, but I was going for a true representation. Sad isn’t it.
